- Assist Dental Professionals: Support our dentists and hygienists with treatment, including preparing patients for examination and treatment, taking x-rays, and sterilizing equipment.
- Operational Readiness: Maintain the operational readiness of the hygiene bay and operatory rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communication and Education: Guide patients through our processes, educate them on oral hygiene instruction, and provide postoperative instructions to ensure their understanding and compliance.
- Education and Certification: Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent required; X-ray certification and certified dental assistant credentials preferred.
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus (location dependent).
- Competitive Compensation: A comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary and benefits.
- Sign-On Bonus: A $2,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition to our team.
- Continuing Education: Reimbursement for eligible training and certification expenses, including CPR, Radiology, and Nitrous Oxide certificates.
