  • Collaborate with Pastry Chef Jenny Grob in production management
  • Contribute to creating in-house scratch dessert menus

Requirements for Assistant Pastry Chef:

  • Experience in high-end pastries and petite fours
  • Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Self-reliant and deadline-oriented
  • Passionate and creative about pastries
  • Skills in ordering, inventory, and production
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Preference for experience in savory cooking
  • Knowledge in cake decorating and bread making a plus
