We are seeking a dedicated and professional Transportation Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional medical customer service.

This role involves coordinating and managing transportation for patients, ensuring they receive timely and efficient service for their medical appointments.


Key Responsibilities:

Patient Transportation Coordination:
Arrange and schedule transportation for patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring punctuality and reliability.

Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Documentation:
Accurately document transportation arrangements, patient information, and any incidents that occur during transport.

Problem Solving:
Resolve any issues or challenges related to transportation logistics promptly and effectively.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all transportation services comply with safety standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Customer Service Orientation:
A patient-focused approach with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic service.

Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Requirements:
Previous experience IN MEDICAL FIELD FRONT OFFICE, Knowledge of compliance with Medicare and Medi-Cal regulations.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
