You will serve as the face of the organization through direct interactions with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.

What part would you play in this role?As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, and the project team.

In addition, you will oversee the status of operational issues, and schedule, and prepare reports while monitoring and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.


In this rewarding role, you will:

Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actionsEnsure the use of best practice workflows and operational excellence in activities are utilizedDirect the training of team members on workflow and contractual modifications expeditiouslyManage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to clients' contractual obligationsManage processes focused on effective customer service, ensure immediate escalation of issues, and participate in meetings to discuss the case management processAnalyze and report on a monthly and quarterly basis operational statisticsYou must have: 5 years of prior relevant experience2 of those years must be in supervising or leading teams or projectsBachelor's degree from an accredited college, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of BS degree, or 2 years of additional relevant experience with Associate's degree in lieu of BS degree.

  • Nashville, TN 37214Pay and Benefits:Pay: $71,842 to $90,166Eligible for a quarterly bonus up to 9% and annual merit increasesThe pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
