Credit Portfolio Manager

Our credit portfolios consist of liquid positions across corporate capital structures and their derivatives (corporate bonds, credit default swaps, ETFs, and equities).
Our search for idiosyncratic returns extends across the globe with investments in several industries, and our quantitatively-driven investment strategies span the spectrum of credit investing, from traditional fundamental analysis to purely systematic.

You will contribute to our growing Credit presence at HRT, joining a team with diverse backgrounds across the industry.ResponsibilitiesManage semi-systematic or quantamental, market-neutral portfolios of sub-Investment Grade credit positionsCollaborate with researchers and developers to improve our investment process, utilizing your understanding of market technicals and credit fundamentalsQualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years experience of risk taking responsibility, buy-side strongly preferred You possess an in-depth understanding of over-the-counter trading in high yield credit markets Strong fundamental analysis skill sets; ability to understand, analyze and digest fundamental credit research In-depth understanding of the impact and influence of factors in portfolio constructionExtensive experience with Bloomberg terminal, Microsoft ExcelBasic proficiency in Python preferredYou understand that independence is important but teamwork is critical High attention to detail and accuracy Annual base salary range of $200,000 to $300,000.
Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
