We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Managert to join ourteam. Ideal candidates will have a proven experience in a buy-side, total-return investment environment with a well-developed ability to gather and analyze information about High Yield issuers and securities. The position will need to work collaboratively in a small team focused on High Yield and with other colleagues across other fixed-income asset classes. The Portfolio Manager is expected to participate in and contribute to firm-wide discussions across multiple fixed-income asset classes regarding credit and economic environments to drive portfolio positioning. In the role, the successful candidate is also expected to contribute to support the Company's risk management process and to support marketing efforts.

Critical skills include:
  • Expertise in building and maintaining financial models and written reports
  • An ability to make relative value, total return based investment recommendations
  • Proven skills in evaluating bond indentures and credit agreements
  • An ability to identify, assess, and communicate key investment risks under time constraints to colleagues and clients
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics both verbally and written
  • Strong aptitude for both top-down, macroeconomic and bottom-up issuer and security selection to formulate and implement portfolio management strategy
