Customer Service Call Center

- Provide exceptional customer service in a call center setting, assisting clients with inquiries, service options, and product assistance
- Efficiently handle basic to semi-complex inquiries and transactions from Financial Reps and clients
- Act as a reliable advocate for Financial Representatives, collaborating to meet client needs
- Champion new technology and self-service tools, educating clients and staff
- Cultivate professional client relationships to boost brand loyalty
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standards during phone and transactional tasks
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and customer demands
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of single risk products and tax considerations
- Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
This role is classified as an Associated Person under NMIS guidelines, requiring fingerprinting and completion of necessary forms. Salary is based on various factors.
