Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operation of the property.
  • Rent collection.
  • Customer service.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Strong Eye for detail.
  • Data entry.
  • Property Inspections.
  • Review and prepare monthly reporting.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
  • Previous Experience with Yardi is helpful.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the multifamily housing industry.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
