About the Role:

We're seeking a versatile Art Director to drive innovative campaigns and contribute to the growth of the Twitch brand. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll be tasked with balancing creativity, strategy, and marketing impact. Your role involves developing and executing creative concepts for campaigns, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You Will:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and design creative campaigns
  • Drive results across various channels
  • Oversee end-to-end production
  • Innovate how the Twitch brand engages with the community
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Set new standards for creative excellence
  • Implement the Twitch brand voice and visual style
  • Create campaigns that earn recognition and awards
  • Deeply understand the Twitch community and product

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing creative strategies
  • Experience in guiding brand identity
  • Strong creative and design skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Combination of big-picture thinking and attention to detail
  • Client-facing experience and collaborative work style
  • Appreciation for analytics and data
  • Knowledge of media landscape and channels
  • BS/BA in relevant field preferred
