Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to:

  • Prospect: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry partners.
  • Full-Cycle Recruit: Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Exceptional ability to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys exceeding goals.
