Racine Police Department - Exciting Job Opportunity

  • Schedule: The Racine Police Department offers a unique 4 Days on/ 4 Days off Schedule with four different shifts for better work-life balance:
    • Day Shift - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • Early Power Shift - 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
    • Late Power Shift - 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
    • Night Shift - 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Qualifications Required:
    • Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old
    • High School Diploma or GED with 60 post-high school credits
    • Knowledge of State of Wisconsin laws and City of Racine ordinances
    • Effective communication and analytical skills
    • Ability to work under stress and follow instructions
  • Physical Demands:
    • Physically fit to perform various tasks including lifting and running
    • Must have correctable vision and sensory capabilities
