Location: Oregon and Washington (Remote - Must be located in Washington or Oregon)

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday- Friday / 8:30am-5pm

Contract: 3-month agreement. Opportunity for full-time role afterwards.

Position Description:

Join us as a Customer Service Representative in our call center, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support to families and internal partners. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, handling inquiries, solving issues, and sharing information about our programs and services. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will greatly impact our success and help nurture strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from families and internal partners professionally and courteously.
  • Listen carefully to customer inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Assist families with enrollment, scheduling, billing, and other related matters.
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Utilize various systems and databases to access and update customer details.
  • Collaborate with different teams to address customer needs and enhance processes.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our programs, services, and policies.
  • Meet call center standards for quality and productivity.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with various groups.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking in multiple systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Passion for early childhood education and dedication to our mission and values.
