HR Coordinator Opportunity at Avetta

Avetta is searching for a skilled HR Coordinator to be part of our dynamic Global People Ops Team. We are looking for an individual with a vibrant personality, ready to tackle tasks and always keen to learn. As the first point of contact for new hires, this is a role where adaptability and agility are key.

This position, based in our Lehi, UT office, is integral to Avetta's continuous expansion. The HR Coordinator will focus on New Hire Onboarding and offer essential HR and administrative assistance to the HR People Ops Team.

Position Details:

  • Hybrid schedule at our Lehi, UT office (3 days office, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing global new hire onboarding tasks efficiently across various platforms.
  • Conducting new hire orientation and benefits meetings.
  • Maintaining benefits enrollments, education, forms, HRIS updates, etc.
  • Being the system admin expert for onboarding platforms and HRIS.
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
  • Assisting in managing the HR Inbox and organizing inquiries effectively.
  • Overseeing and periodically auditing employee records.
  • Managing employee survey platform and maintaining user access.
  • Supporting employee communications like the monthly newsletter.
  • Participating in Company events and activities.
  • Contributing to reporting and other projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a BA degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with onboarding and ADP WFN experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees.
  • Demonstrated understanding of handling confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and HRIS accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently within the team and the Company.
  • Consistent attendance and timely responses to inquiries.
