Front Desk Supervisor Position at TPI Hospitality

TPI Hospitality is currently looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join their team and assist in leading a group of dedicated associates. This role involves working closely with the Assistant General Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for guests and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in providing clear training, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexible hours from Monday to Sunday in shifts like 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in motivating and guiding the team to exceed guest expectationsClearly communicate expectations and ensure accountabilityOperate the hotel with a sense of ownershipEnsure a safe and healthy environment for allAlign daily actions with TPI's core values
