Overview:
Known for going above and beyond, our client a Refrigeration design build contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Budget Management:
Estimate project costs and develop budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.

Procurement and Resource Management:
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives while maximizing efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards relevant to refrigeration projects.
Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications.

Project Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Generate comprehensive progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: 5+ years of related industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in project management, specifically within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, equipment, and installation practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
