Compensation: Base $1,500/month + commission (average $2,500-$3,000+ until program completion)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads to drive business growth
  • Ensure agency policies align with underwriting principles
  • Achieve daily sales targets
  • Document client interactions and transactions
  • Engage in training programs for insights into agency ownership

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of insurance sales and customer service experience
  • Active Property and Casualty License in Michigan
  • Active Life, Accident, and Health license in Michigan
  • Goal of becoming an agency owner within 4-12 months
  • Openness to learning and coaching
  • Background in team leadership or business ownership
