Job Description
We are seeking a Tax Director You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the company's cost segregation and R&D practices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of Cost Segregation services workflow, from proposal to report delivery
Coordinate all aspects of R&D Credit services workflow, from proposal to report delivery
Provide tax technical support to administrative and sales staff
Administrative duties as necessary, including HR and IT
Assist in marketing efforts where technical tax knowledge is needed
Ensure cash collections from clients
Qualifications:
MS in Taxation is required.
CPA designation is a bonus.
Minimum five years' experience in US Federal tax compliance and preparation
Experience in real estate-related tax issues is required
R&D credit calculation experience is a bonus
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
