Overview
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of BenX Consulting Group. This position involves collaborating with our team to provide outstanding administrative support, helping to enhance customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our organization. The role offers significant flexibility in location & is between 15-17 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Create and Format Spreadsheets: Develop and format spreadsheets to present information to clients and prospective clients effectively.
- Review Documentation: Examine client materials and new business presentations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Complete Carrier Paperwork: Accurately complete and submit the necessary paperwork to insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Arrange meeting spaces and logistics for events.
- Prepare and Edit Documents: Draft, prepare, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Gather Quotes and Proposals: Obtain quotes and proposals from various insurance carriers to support client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- High-speed internet access.
- Previous experience in employee benefits or a related field is a plus.
- Good organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation
$20-$22 an hour, flexible scheduling.
