ADMI offers centralized business support services for Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, and Chapter Aesthetic Studio, ensuring high-quality consumer healthcare experiences.
Job Summary:
The Provider Enrollment Specialist is a key role in the Payor Strategy Team. Responsibilities include enrolling Aspen providers with dental plans and maintaining their active status under the supervision of the Provider Enrollment Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Process enrollment and re-enrollment applications for assigned plans.
- Proactively manage files to prevent lapses in provider participation.
- Maintain organized documentation and applications.
- Follow up on enrollment information to ensure timely processing.
- Complete enrollment documentation accurately to avoid denials.
- Track applications until enrollment is completed.
- Update provider files with required data.
- Build professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners and employees.
- Meet enrollment deadlines and communicate risks to leadership.
- Complete other assigned duties.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
- 5 years of dental or insurance plan experience
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Starting pay range: $23-26/hr based on experience
