Are you a marketing technology whiz with a passion for customer experience, honed at a major consumer brand? Our client is seeking a Content Supply Chain Product Manager to join their team and revolutionize our content creation. Leverage your 5+ years of retail industry experience, particularly within a major consumer brand with a strong loyalty program, to design solutions that drive customer engagement. Craft insightful marketer personas and collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics tied to the customer digital experience. You'll be a master of user stories and roadmaps, ensuring our content flows smoothly in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Own a product roadmap focused on clear business value for each release in one or more workstreams.
  • Gathering and documenting marketing processes and pain points
  • Developing marketer personas to guide experience improvement decision making
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define business goals and success metrics.
  • Align solutions with technology strategy, maximizing continuous improvement and reducing total costs of ownership.
  • Develop and refine use cases against OKRs to ensure work aligns with business outcomes.
  • Create user stories/requirements, prioritize backlog, and lead stakeholder engagement
  • Manage tradeoffs on scope, resources, and timelines for small to medium-sized feature sets.
  • Successfully deliver enhancements and new features to achieve business goals.
  • Craft product update communications independently, from release announcements to executive content.
  • Use up to date knowledge of new technology capabilities to recommend and plan innovative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to lead through decisions quickly.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or relevant field
  • Experience delivering solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager within the past 5 years
  • Demonstrated ability to use business and technical data to inform product planning and prioritization (4 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with design and engineering to plan and deliver technology solutions supporting the customer experience (5 years)
  • Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product
  • backlogs in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders (4 years)
  • 5+ years of retail industry experience in marketing technology, with a record of successfully delivering complex solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering solutions marketing organizations in B2C companies, preferably in the retail or QSR industry
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to analyze data to inform product decisions. Measurement obsessed.
  • Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Technical knowledge in complex enterprise systems (both in-house and off the shelf) supporting customer-facing experiences
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55.06 to $61.18 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
