EisnerAmper is seeking a Coordinator within Resource Management to work closely with members of the tax practice at all levels.

Our resource management team is responsible for the distribution of client work and serves as the primary contact for work allocation, assignments, questions and concerns for EisnerAmper's tax accountants. This individual will be a key resource to assure skilled colleagues are appropriately matched with client opportunities and staffing demands are being met.

This is a HYBRID opportunity based in our NYC office with regular visits to our office in Melville. 3 days in office requirement.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Daily schedule updates and data input for tax staff
  • Monitor resources effectively while managing assigned hours and balanced workloads
  • Outreach and follow up on key metrics such as utilization, target hours, missing time entries, and in-office presence
  • Run, analyze, and synthesize reports to niche management teams
  • Maintain Resource Management dashboards and databases used for scheduling
  • Work directly with Resource Management colleagues and provide administrative support
Basic Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of experience working in a professional services/corporate setting
