Maximus is currently hiring for a Lead QA Admin to support our Michigan Enrollment Services team. The Lead QA Admin is responsible for assisting the QA & Compliance Manager with analyzing and documenting project and stakeholder requirements related to quality and oversight and refinement of quality analytical systems (CallMiner).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Study and review QA and QC findings for the Project.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with Operations stakeholders to discuss trends and analysis of QA audit findings.
  • Responsible for the generating and distributing QA deliverables and ensures accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with development, monitoring and training of quality assurance processes.
  • Research and respond to inquiries related to audit findings, policy clarifications and interpretation.
  • Detect, research, and report suspected cases of internal and external fraud, abuse, and waste.
  • Develop and revise quality monitoring tools based on measures identified by management.
  • Develop and revise quality monitoring procedures, work instructions, guides, and internal memorandums based on changes in policy, processes, systems, or measures.
  • Conduct internal monitoring of the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Provide QA Supervisors and Management with feedback regarding internal monitoring findings and evaluations.
  • Conduct specialized audits and participate in Root-Cause analyses.
  • Assist and partner with Management with internal and inter-departmental calibration sessions.
  • Interact with QA stakeholders to discuss issues regarding quality.
  • Apprise supervisor of all issues and risks regarding quality monitoring and provide updates.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and calibration sessions as required.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Residency in the state of Michigan required.
  • Ability to work a shift of 8:00am-5:00pm EST required.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
