We are accepting applications for a Customer Service Assistant 2, District 4 Office (1 position available - Athens County) within theDivision of Wildlife, within the state of Ohio.

Provide critical guidance throughout the licensing process to buyers and agents on topics such as licensing requirements and system operation.

Act as a first point of contact for customers and maintain communication as needed.
Work closely with other members of customer service staff to field a high call volume.
Support administrative efforts.
