Company DescriptionThis position can work from any Red Bull Regional office including Santa Monica, New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, or Nashville.

Reporting to the Director of Vending, you will implement our strategy across Fitness and Recreational Sport Centers.

Your responsibilities include developing business plans, leading initiatives to win accounts, and building a vertical and horizontal route to market strategy.

You will work with partners internally with the field, On Premise Key Account Team, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing to achieve success.

Job DescriptionNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTBuild mutually beneficial relationships with account decision-makers and partners.
Customizes presentations using insights to meet our customer needs.
Negotiate contracts to increase execution, visibility, and programming (i.e. marketing, staff programming) while maintaining appropriate spends per case.
Conduct business reviews and holds partners accountable to deliver upon agreed upon execution and programs.
Participate in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences.
PARTNERSHIPSCollaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Brand, and Sports teams to prioritize fitness-focused customers.
Help horizontally and vertically grow our route-to-market universe through all distributor partnerships (i.e. sports nutrition distributors).Communicate with partners within the regions to increase execution and to provide and receive account and program feedback.

Conduct regular reviews with Senior Directors of on Premise and Directors of On Premise to view program results and plans.

Align with Distributor Partners in the Regions to keep National Accounts top of mind and to drive business initiatives and accountability.

CATEGORY LEADERSHIPLead efforts in Fitness and Recreational Sport Centers to establish priorities and position Red Bull as a top-tier partner.

Help develop category insights and support channel execution.
Identify and share best practices to win new customers and stand out from competitors.
BUSINESS REVIEWS & REPORTINGTrack monthly sales volumes and analyze distribution reports to mitigate gaps.
Conduct quarterly sales and financial target reviews, including competitive analysis.
Evaluate post-campaign effectiveness to improve future investments.
Oversee account budgets with a focus on return on investment and cost efficiency.t points. There should not be any gaps or empty spaces between buckets.

Qualifications5+ years of account management experience in fitness, supplements, and recreational sportsLeadership experienceExperience in beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries an advantageExperience using internal and external data sources to generate insightsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMust be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantageAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this position is $136,000 to $151,000 + cash incentivesActual salary offers may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
