Position Description:

The US recruiter role at KMK involves a combination of office and remote work, focusing on driving recruitment efforts and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for client-side and internal project team roles in the life science sector, particularly in commercial analytics and operations and Real-World Evidence (RWE)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and refine job descriptions
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various recruitment channels for posting roles
  • Screen and present suitable candidates to stakeholders, coordinating the recruitment process
  • Collect feedback for process enhancement and optimize outcomes
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pool
  • Provide input on recruiting processes and company value propositions
  • Assist in resource planning and campus recruitment activities
  • Prior experience in commercial operations, analytics, and/or RWE recruitment preferred
  • Demonstrated success in filling open roles

Requirement:

  • Demonstrated passion for hands-on recruitment and experience in Pharmaceutical Analytics
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, preferably focusing on Data Analytics and RWE/HEOR
  • Experience in a small, dynamic agency environment
  • Global experience and familiarity with recruitment technologies
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with US immigration processes
  • Organized, accountable, and adept at record-keeping
  • Understanding of full recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing practices and emerging technologies
  • Ability to engage with senior management
  • Availability to work in Morristown, NJ office 1-2 days per week
