JOB SUMMARY

If you are passionate about sales, this position is for you. The main goal is to nurture existing accounts and cultivate new ones to boost sales. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing resources effectively to meet sales targets and seizing sales opportunities through various support activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute local sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Build and sustain relationships with distributors, retail partners, and potential clients.
  • Provide guidance to distributor sales teams on promoting Tito's Handmade Vodka.
  • Conduct product samplings to drive sales and educate partners on our offerings.
  • Set up attractive sales displays in retail stores.
  • Keep detailed records of contacts, new placements, and market insights.
  • Perform any necessary tasks to boost regional sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol sector.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Physically fit to carry out job duties effectively.
  • Hold a valid US Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
