  • Accounting/Business BA or BS Degree from a four-year college
  • Five to ten years of experience as an Accounting Controller in a medium to large business environment
  • Proficiency in IT systems and major business applications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products especially Excel
  • Familiarity with Workday, Cognos, Tower, and TRUX is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations at various management levels
  • Willingness to work and travel between Canada and the US
