Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to overall design intent, and category direction for the seasonal ranges
  • Execute product in line with the vision across all IML Boys licensed, generic, and specialty collections
  • Create color palettes for each seasonal program
  • Communicate with design to ensure correct programs and size range per retailer
  • Preparation of tech packs and color callouts for costing upon sales request
  • Create blocks in adobe illustrator based on specs
  • Utilize PLM as necessary
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and align with product development calendar
