About The Role - Director of Pharmacy Operations
As the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will be entrusted with aligning pharmacy programs and daily operations across multiple locations based on customer needs. This dynamic role involves listening to our clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and devising innovative, large-scale solutions to drive our business forward.
You will play a key role in cultivating, retaining, and recruiting top talent to address the evolving demands of the industry. Embodying a servant leadership approach, you will foster an inclusive environment that nurtures innovation, employee development, and a high-functioning, engaged leadership team and workforce. Managing a diverse range of stakeholders, navigating complexities, ensuring compliance, and juggling competing priorities among various sites will be central to your responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and oversee operations at multiple pharmacies
- Build strong relationships with clinic partners to expand collaborations
- Develop creative strategies to attract new patients and foster business growth
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors to enhance partnerships
- Champion talent management by inspiring and cultivating a top-tier management team; sourcing, hiring, and retaining exceptional professionals
- Lead initiatives and exemplify behaviors that drive optimal team performance and engagement
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and continuous employee development
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy operational standards and regulatory requirements
- Assume accountability for financial performance and budget management within your assigned region
- Uphold HIPAA regulations and implement security measures to safeguard pharmacy sites
- Act as a liaison between Genoa and the Community Mental Health Centers we support

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree
- 3+ years in multi-site pharmacy operations leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
