- Provide individual, family, and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and respond to mental health emergencies.
- Act as a liaison for community resources and maintain client documentation.
- Participate in treatment conferences and meetings, attend supervision, and maintain required licenses.
- Demonstrate positivity, flexibility, and leadership within the agency.
Education/Certification/Licensure:
- LISW, LPCC, IMFT license required.
- Master's Degree from accredited program.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of human behavior, psychological research, and treatment procedures.
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent time management.
- Proficiency in computer skills and time management.
Performance/Physical Requirements:
- Work in a Pediatrician's office in Stark County.
- Availability for evening hours and crisis management.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License, pass physical exam and drug screen, and clear background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
