CACI is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to contribute to network, systems, and cloud solutions for a project at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with program management and clients to define and enhance IT operations and engineering, create operational concepts, develop roadmaps, and lead IT strategy sessions. The position demands innovative thinking, active engagement with stakeholders to grasp business needs, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to empower the client's mission.

Location: National Harbor, MD (hybrid)

Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with program team members to gather and interpret requirements, and design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Define solution requirements encompassing IT engineering disciplines, including hardware, software, cloud architectures (AWS and Azure), cybersecurity, and more.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for program management and clients where needed.
  • Review engineering designs, develop customer roadmaps, and advise clients on network/system optimization.
  • Drive technical collaboration and innovation, develop technical roadmaps, and mentor technical team members.
  • Conduct technical interviews and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience as a solution architect
  • Advanced technical certifications
  • Proficiency in current technologies and capabilities in the Federal Government space
  • Demonstrated experience in solutioning for business activities and proposals
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Software Development, Agile methods, ServiceNow, and Azure
