Job Description

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer based in Washington DC. This role is tailored for US citizens/Green Card holders only. No C2C applications will be considered.

About the role:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain and improve services in modules like ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Building items and tasks using workflows.
  • Documenting business requirements and process flows.
  • Configuring data integrations and maintaining reports.
  • Developing ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows.
  • Creating and configuring business rules, UI policies, and more.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
  • Mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills required:
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules listed.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
