Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and designs for access systems
  • Design elevated access platforms and personnel/material hoists
  • Prepare drawing submittals using AutoCAD or Revit
  • Provide technical assistance, including site visits
  • Conduct structural analysis, design, and site inspections
  • Support regional branch customers with technical solutions
  • Follow design guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with Product Development engineers for custom solutions
  • Utilize CAD and PDM management tools
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficient in 3D AutoCAD; Revit preferred
  • Knowledge of STAAD, RISA, TEDDS, ENERCALC a plus
  • FE exam (EIT status) preferred; on track for PE exam within 2 years
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Motivated to learn and solve problems creatively in a team environment
