You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.What You'll DoFormulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.

SCHEDULE:
Full time days including working with the night and weekend shiftQualificationsBachelor's degree.
A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role.
RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
PREFERRED:
Transplant Nursing experience#featuredjob524QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION - Bachelor'- EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS):
BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
