Role Overview:

As a Nursing Manager II specializing in Abdominal Transplant, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment, ensuring top-notch nursing practices, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing patient safety. Your responsibilities include strategic planning, policy implementation, resource management, financial oversight, and quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will organize educational initiatives and provide care as needed.

Shift Schedule: Full-time position including night and weekend rotations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience
  • Active RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification within first 30 days of employment
Preferred: Experience in Transplant Nursing
