Job Description:

  • Greet members and guests warmly, answering questions about O2 Fitness programs and offerings.
  • Assist in signing up guests for memberships, scheduling Personal Training orientations, and enrolling in the O2 Fitness Rewards program.
  • Promote the Fast Track to Fitness program to guide new members in their initial 45 days journey towards fitness success.
  • Participate in Studio classes, attend Personal Training orientation sessions, and enroll in the rewards program to earn O2 Gear points.
  • Support housekeeping operations by ensuring club cleanliness, restocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Rotational zone cleaning responsibilities including Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Fitness Floor, Turf Area, Locker Rooms, Studios, Personal Training Deck, Kids Club, and Atrium.
  • Manage inventory of beverages, merchandising products, and stocking the cooler.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or fitness field is a plus
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and programs offered by O2 Fitness
