GAME DAY

Our Sports Bar Service Manager is at the forefront, leading the day-to-day operations of our sports bars. As a Service Manager, you'll oversee Front of House (FOH) operations and directly manage our Servers. Your role will be ensuring the smooth running of FOH operations while creating an outstanding experience for our sports enthusiasts, focusing on Guest Engagement and satisfaction. On top of that, you'll be responsible for executing sales building initiatives throughout the day.

  • You possess a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations.
  • You meet the educational requirements and hold proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications. You'll make an even greater impact if you hold a bachelor's degree and/or have at least 2 years of prior management experience.
  • You're all about teamwork. You're dedicated to training and nurturing your Team.
