Job Summary:
A leader in quality paints with a culture committed to continuous learning, Benjamin Moore & Co. has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Recruiter. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract qualified passive and active candidates to continually provide diverse candidate pools for open positions

Work with HR Business Partners to understand differences in hiring needs and provide recruitment support to identify recruitment sources specific to those jobs and skills needed

Maintain effective networks with various groups such as community organizations, colleges/universities, business associations, etc.

Ensure all recruitment content represents the company's strong brand and reinforces the company's strong beliefs and values

Manage various vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Ensure compliance reporting for EEOC/I-9's, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Proven recruiting experience with a consumer products company and/or manufacturing company

3 plus years of recent recruiting experience with strong passive candidate sourcing skills.

A proficient understanding of the labor market for the various skills/talents groups

Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) and Microsoft software preferred

The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
