We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to support our hotel engineering team in coordinating projects, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Assist the engineering team with project coordination and documentation management through the use of HotSOS
Maintain and update project schedules in HotSOS; support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving project milestones.
Participate in daily quality update meetings, monthly green star meetings and monthly safety meetings
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
Handle administrative tasks such as department billing & invoicing, department timekeeping, annual budgeting
