Sands Anderson PC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to join our team and help drive our firm's growth and operational excellence.

As the CFO/COO, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our law firm.

Job Requirements:

  • Manage the firm's financial resources, including budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the firm's administrative and support staff, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with legal partners and senior management to set and achieve strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, ethics, and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior finance leadership role, as a CFO or VP of Finance, within a law firm.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and creating shareholder value.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal industry practices and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
