Join our dynamic and growing law firm that is currently looking for an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a plaintiff-side focus. We are open to candidates with a defense background who are interested in transitioning to a plaintiff-oriented practice. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for employment law and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle various employment law cases on the plaintiff side, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other necessary legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
  • Offer legal advice to clients on employment-related matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for comprehensive client representation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience focused on employment law.
  • Strong skills in litigation and negotiation.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Previous defense experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
