POSITION SUMMARY:


The Director of IT plays a critical role in providing strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of our IT operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology and driven to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

JOB DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the company
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient IT services
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our IT systems
Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can improve our business operations and drive innovation
Develop and manage the IT budget
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &

ABILITIES:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with senior management role experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement and innovation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
