VP Business Development

- Developing a strategic growth vision and detailed plan to capitalize on evolving market trends and support ongoing business growth to meet or surpass sales and revenue targets.
- Cultivating relationships with related businesses and spotting chances to collaborate with or acquire new market capabilities that bolster company growth and advancement.
- Participating in industry events, monitoring trends in automotive, insurance, and local and global markets to pinpoint new revenue streams, pricing and brand positioning, as well as potential industry threats, and presenting business development strategies to leverage these opportunities.
- Conducting feasibility studies and securing funding for upcoming growth projects.
- Coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to implement strategic growth strategies and assess their impact on sales and revenue. Willing to adjust plans based on real-time feedback and data.
- Supervising, guiding, developing, coaching, and motivating team members to exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
- Adhering to all company policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Required
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of business experience, overseeing major marketing campaigns, identifying business trends, and presenting growth strategies. Required
- Proficient in creating strategic plans and recognizing crucial milestones.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
