MARKETING MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Exergen Sales & Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an opportune time to join this team as Exergen is in the process of introducing two new products that will require a fresh perspective to support this launch effort. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of operational, analytical, and creative expertise to construct and manage campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue. This person should be hardworking, creative, free thinking and a diligent producer and organizer. This person should have 4+ years of marketing experience and be a strategic thinker about how Exergen can build brand awareness and increase revenue. In an ideal world, youd bring a curious and consultative approach to healthcare marketing. The position will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop, manage, and execute marketing initiatives for our various sales channels. The ability to connect with partner agencies and effectively convey Exergens marketing goals and challenges is a key component of this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing to increase Exergen brand awareness.
Manage and direct partner agencies to support marketing strategies to increase sales in accordance with established budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with internal team members to develop marketing deliverables.
Demonstrate a quantitative approach to major marketing projects and provide detailed analytics reports on ad campaigns, with clear ROI, whether in sales or brand awareness.
Utilize Exergens market research knowledge and data to identify sales targets, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
Translate a marketing strategy and campaign into a tactical implementation plan and manage the comprehensive implementation of those plans.
Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Research and select appropriate marketing techniques based on product needs and market conditions.
Manage and oversee all digital campaigns, including reviewing Google Analytics, Paid Search and Paid Social, PR and email campaigns.
Conduct periodic website, social and reputation audits and provide guidance for improvements.
Oversee and manage corporate website.
Research and understand consumer profiles in targeted markets.
Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience needed, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong social media and internet aptitude
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of search engine marketing and optimization and Google Analytics
- Ability to effectively communicate creative, innovative concepts and ideas with staff and management.
- Highly organized, extreme attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously with various timelines.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
