About the Assistant Director Role:
If you are passionate about making a positive impact in early childhood education, the Assistant Director position may be the perfect fit for you. Assistant Directors play a crucial role in guiding our centers towards success, working with a team of dedicated educators and leaders to change the world one achievement at a time. Join us to educate families, teachers, and stakeholders on the value of early childhood education and bring that value to life for the children in your care.

  • Assist the Center Director in leading staff and achieving operational goals
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children
  • Build strong relationships with families, educators, and community partners
  • Take on various center roles as needed, including teaching and other responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of early childhood education experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compliance with state-specific requirements
  • Physical ability to engage with children and perform necessary tasks
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Ability to ask for accommodations if needed for job tasks
