Key Responsibilities, Duties and Function:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for global platform delivery and operations, aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our platform solutions to customers worldwide, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Drive operational excellence across all facets of platform delivery and operations, including resource allocation, project management, and performance optimization.
  • Identify delivery and operational goals, priorities, and initiatives based on industry best practices, business requirements, and risk assessments.
  • Define and implement delivery processes, procedures, and controls to ensure standardization of delivery practices across all platforms and services.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of platform delivery and operations, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of platform delivery and operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide guidance and support in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in platform delivery and operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity and resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (20+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing global platform delivery and operations for a large (> $1B revenue) organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience working in Marketing Tech and/or Ad Tech industries.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of platform delivery and operations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform technologies, delivery methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing complex information and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
