Position Highlights:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of heath care providersOur model is designed to provide the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient – physically, mentally, and socially – at each visit"Quality vs. Quantity Model" – Typically see 14 to 16 patients per dayPatient panel is predominately geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverageBonus incentives are based on quality metricsWhat makes an OptumCare organization different?

Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.SBoard certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain prior to employment.Valid DEA licensePreferred Qualifications:
