Join Hubbard's Maid Service as our new Director of Operations and lead our home cleaning business to new heights We're seeking a visionary leader with expertise in management, logistics, and operations to drive efficiency and innovation.

As Director of Operations, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, shape long-term strategies, and set new industry standards. With experience in General Management or Operations Management, you'll inspire our team, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment. Your role will encompass management, supervision, and strategic planning, ensuring efficiency and scalability across our organization. Come join us in creating a dynamic environment where creativity thrives and every team member is valued.

What We Offer:


• Competitive starting pay during training: $26.00 per hour


• $1040-$1060 weekly after training


• Health insurance and 3 weeks of vacation

• Working hours: 8-9+ hour shifts

Requirements:


• Must be 21 years old and above


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• Proven track record in operations management (preferably in cleaning or hospitality)


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction


• Proficiency in technology and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication


• Positive and energetic attitude, dedicated to creating a clean and inviting environment
