THE GREAT PAY
You'll earn $23 - $30 per hour as our Lead Landscape Laborer

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Kick off your day at 7:30 am and wind down around 5:30 pm (with a bit of wiggle room).
Your responsibilities span overseeing various landscaping tasks, directing, and actively participating in execution while ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. Efficiently manage crew hours using our company-provided tablet and operate construction machinery, including the Skid steer and Mini Excavator, demonstrating proficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Effective communication with office and superintendent staff is crucial for seamless coordination and timely project updates. Beyond landscape installations, your role extends to snow removal operations during winter, showcasing versatility and adaptability. Each day presents an opportunity to showcase leadership, technical expertise, and contribute significantly to the success of TerraWorks Inc.'s landscaping projects.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- At least one year of experience managing a crew of three in landscape installation jobs.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- A valid driver's license.
- Hands-on experience operating machinery
