*About the Role


We are looking forfull-time pediatric clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14.

We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
*About You:

  • Masters level therapists _independently_ licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
  • 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services
*Schedule*:

* *32 hours* a week *or 40 hours* a week option

  • Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
  • The majority of clinical sessions will occur after 2pm PST and/or on the weekend in order to accommodate childrens schedules

Compensation:
We provide a set base plus RVU model:

40 hours a week: ~ $103,000/yr

32 hours a week: ~ $84,000/yr
